Our Riber Photon kayaks are crafted from recycled HDPE, sourced from shredded plastic waste. This waste is processed into granules, which are then fed into the blow moulder. The granules are pushed through a rotating screw into the blow moulder, where air is forced in, causing the plastic to adhere to the mould’s edges. This method produces a lightweight, durable, and watertight kayak in a single, seamless piece.

The boat’s versatile design offers excellent safety features, including large grab handles great for towing and manoeuvring the boat on land. This boat is unsinkable, which means no airbag purchase is required!
